Shopping Policy

  • Product Availability: All our coffee powders, blends, flavored, and single origin coffees are freshly packed. Availability may vary based on season and stock.

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 Days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping:

    • Standard delivery within 10–15 business days.

    • Free shipping on orders above $300.

    • Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • Secure Payments: We accept major debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.


Return & Refund Policy

Because coffee is a perishable product, we maintain a strict but fair policy:

  • Returns:

    • Returns are only accepted in case of wrong product received, damaged packaging, or quality concerns.

    • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at team.cafferoo@gmail.com with your order ID, photos, and issue details.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used coffee packs.

    • Products purchased on discount/sale (unless damaged or defective).

  • Refunds:

    • Once your return is approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    • In case of replacement, we will ship a new product at no extra cost.
