Return Policy – Cafferoo

At Cafferoo, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee powders, blends, flavored, and single origin coffees. Since coffee is a perishable product, our return policy is designed to ensure both freshness for customers and fairness in process.

Returns & Replacements

  • We accept returns only if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • Your order arrives damaged or in poor condition.
  • There is a quality issue with the product.

  • To request a return, please contact us at team.cafferoo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used coffee packs.
  • Products purchased under discounts or sales, unless damaged or defective.
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return request is approved, you may choose a refund or a replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • For replacements, the new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
