At Cafferoo, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee powders, blends, flavored, and single origin coffees. Since coffee is a perishable product, our return policy is designed to ensure both freshness for customers and fairness in process.
Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only if:

You receive the wrong product.

Your order arrives damaged or in poor condition.

There is a quality issue with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used coffee packs.

Products purchased under discounts or sales, unless damaged or defective.

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds

Once your return request is approved, you may choose a refund or a replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For replacements, the new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
